Japanese Call Centers is currently in need of Nihongo-speaking customer service representatives and technical support agents who will be assigned to handle our voice and non-voice campaigns. At present, we deliver Japanese customer support services though phone, email, and live chat. Native Japanese speakers are encouraged to apply, but those who speak Nihongo as a second language are also welcome. Once successfully recruited, bilingual agents need to undergo skill set, language, and culture training.
